Site Information and Accessibility

Parking and transportation

There is plenty of street parking along SW Park Ave. If you are driving to the park and would like a free parking pass for the volunteer event, please request one by email to kayla.miles@portlandoregon.gov, three days in advance of the event date.

To find bus routes and public transportation options, check out the TriMet Trip Planner tool.

Accessibility

Volunteers will be working on a flat paved walkway and flat grass area. Working in the garden beds in the park often requires bending, kneeling, and reaching. There is excellent tree cover in the park. This is a busy downtown location, so expect vehicle noise.

What to expect

  • There are water fountains and public restrooms in the park.

Registration - optional

To register select “respond” for an individual and “respond as team” to register more than one person.
