Site Information and Accessibility
Parking and transportation
The closest parking area to the garden is on SW Terwilliger Blvd. Parking is free in this lot and there is additional free parking located at the Duniway Track on SW Barbur Blvd.
To find bus routes and public transportation options, check out the TriMet Trip Planner tool.
Accessibility
The garden does not have paved, gravel, or mulched pathways. To access the Lilacs, volunteers will navigate grass, which is uneven. Volunteers will be working in the garden beds that have a layer of mulch and have mixed shade and open skies. Depending on the weather, volunteers might be working in direct sun exposure. There are restrooms located near the track, which is a .4-mile walk, about 8 minutes.
Registration
If you don't sign up ahead of time, you will not be notified of event details such as cancellations or changes.
