Saturday Tending Days at Native Gathering Garden

Description

Gardeners gather and shovel into a plot of land in the Native Gathering Garden on a cool, sunny day.

We invite our community, family, and friends to share space and tend our plant relatives together. We meet every second and fourth Saturday of the month, from 10am to 2pm. We hope to see you then!

Tools provided. Please bring gloves, bring water and snacks, wear close toed shoes, and dress for the weather.

This event will be cancelled if the temperature is over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, if there is lightning, if roads and walkways are very icy, or if the City of Portland is closed due to inclement weather.

This event will be cancelled May 23, 2026. We look forward to you joining during other tending days.
