Urban Forestry

What We Do

Talk trees at cultural events and festivals, help with Yard Tree Giveaway events or put on some work gloves and plant trees in parks. There are so many opportunities to get involved, including:

  • Neighborhood Tree Stewards
  • Tree Inventory project
  • Neighborhood Tree teams
  • Portland Pruners program
  • Summer Outreach program

Volunteers lead tree planting events, inventory street trees, care for trees, and perform community outreach about our Portland's urban forest.
